I’ve lived at Populus Waterside Apartments for 9 months. I originally signed a 6-month lease and extended for another 3 months. I’m only moving because of a career relocation to another state. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay. This community has been a fantastic place to live.

The leasing staff has been great. They are able to answer questions and take care of problems almost immediately. If not, they know who to call and do that almost immediately. Any issues we’ve had with Maintenance inside the apartment have been taken care of very promptly. If Maintenance is unable to take care of it, they will give us a timeline on when it will be taken care of. They truly do a great job!
